IEC’s Manpower Coordination Program (MCP) helps member contractors respond to changing workloads, connect with experienced field workers, and save time on recruiting.

Ask about joining MCP

  • Loan field workers when work slows

    Letting go of valuable employees is difficult. MCP members have the opportunity to loan field workers to other members.

  • Borrow experience when you need it

    Borrow experienced people from other MCP members so you’re ready for the next job, with support for short-term workforce needs.

  • Get help advertising your openings

    Give IEC your hiring requests and we handle the advertising. Recruitment advertising is included in the MCP monthly fee.

  • Review the weekly Available Workers list

    Each week, MCP members receive a list of experienced electricians. If someone interests you, IEC can provide the information you need for interviews.

  • Get first opportunity to hire

    MCP members get first opportunity to choose new employees for hire. IEC recruits field workers continuously and maintains a candidate database, helping save your business time and recruiting costs.
