You will also have the opportunity to borrow experienced people from other MCP members. Be ready for the next job, instead of scrambling to hire experienced field workers for a short time.

Would you like to save some of your overhead dollars? Stop paying advertisements to hire. It is included in the MCP monthly fee. You give us your hiring requests and we handle the advertisement.

This is just a small part of what the MCP offers. Each week, we provide a list of experienced electricians (the ‘Available Workers’ list) to all MCP members for review. If there’s an interest in anyone on the list, we can provide the information you need for interviews.

By joining MCP, you’ll get first opportunity to choose new employees for hire. We recruit field workers continuously, and maintain a database to pull from. This is a savings for you both in cost and time.
